Different Tanks, But Same Coils

Part 2

On this Different Tanks Same Coils Continued with Part 2 , comes another list of coils that can be used in different tanks. These coils wont fit into the tanks from Part 1.
In this piece there will be 2 sections of coils that are not compatible, but inside each of these categories they are interchangeable.

“Large Coils”

  • Eleaf ERL RBA, these are used for the MELO RT 25 atomizer
  • Eleaf ERLQ coils, these are also used for the MELO RT 25 atomizer
  • Eleaf ES coils, these are used in the MELO 300
  • Geekvape i1+i4 coils, these are used in the Geekvape Illusion Tank
  • Horizontech DUOS coils, these are used in the Horizon Duos Sub Tank
  • Horizontech Arco A6 coils, these are used in the Horizon Arco Sub-Ohm Tank
  • Horizontech Arco T6 coils, these are used in the Horizon Arco 2 Sub-Ohm Tank
  • OBS V OCCoils, these are used in the OBS V Tank
  • Sense Blazer 200 coils, these are used as an alternative to the SMOK TFV8 Cloud Beast
  • SMOK TFV8 coils, these are used in the SMOK TFV8 Cloud Beast

“Massive Coils”

  • CigPet Eco 12 coils, these are used on the CIGPET ECO12 Sub-Ohm Tank
  • Smoant Naboo Mesh coils, these are used in the Smoant Naboo Tank
  • SMOK TFV12 coils, the are used in the SMOK TFV12 Cloud Beast King Tank
  • Vapefly Fantasy F2+F12 coils, these are used in the Fantasy Tank

This list should help when looking for coils for these tanks. As now it is harder to find these tanks in the UK, due to TPD laws.

At least now you know what you need to continue your vaping needs.

  1. I’m looking into buying a FreeMax mesh pro subohm tank and i can’t find anything on whether or not it fits fireluke mesh coils? Do you guys know anything about this?

      My colleague emailed you 2 days ago. I had a further look for you this morning, it looks like the new coils is compatible with the Freemax Fireluke, Mesh Pro and the Fireluke Pro.
      If that is the case that the newer coils are compatible the older ones for these tanks should fit into the newer tank. Though I can’t be 100% sure, I have been looking at reviews of the new tank.

    1. Hi Wilko,

      In most cases higher resistance coils should give you more lifespan due to not needing to be fired at such a high wattage. Regarding flavour TFV8-V8 coils are a good balance between lifespan and flavour.

          1. Thanks very much for the information, do any of the sense coils fit the 5ml big baby beast? If not do you know any other coils what are good for lasting longer ? I got told the Vaparesso gt6 coils are good, thanks

    3. Aleader make an alternative 0.15ohm mesh coil that fits the Smok V8 baby beast. Last WAY longer although not quite as good flavour-wise. However, still good and most definitely worth a look

  3. Got the Innokin Proton with the Scion 2 tank… will it only take the new Plexus coils or can it take the Scion coils that go in the first Scion tank?

      We don’t sell the Scion 2 tank so I’m not very familiar with it, I did do some research but couldn’t find other compatible coils for it.

      If any of these coils are Ni200, Ti or SS316 these can be used in Temperature Controlled devices. You would need to look at specific coils that these brands make.

    I am currently running the Melo 300 tank on my Eleaf iStickQC200w i am having a terrible time finding any of the Eleaf ERLQ coils and Eleaf ES coils. Personally I would like to run a coil that has a lower wattage rating as the ES coils chugs my juice and battery Is it true that the SMOK TFV8 coils will work and fit in the Melo 300? Note that I am using the 3.5ml tank and from the size of the SMOK coils its looking like it might not fit.

      Yes the SMOK TFV8 coils do fit the Melo 300 tank, the 3.5ml tank your using should be fine as it has an extended chimney that makes up for the gap. hope this helps 🙂

      1. Thanks for such a quick reply im going today to try out the coils from one of my local vape shops and i am still a tad concerned as my chimney isn’t the extended one I believe the extended tops come with the 6.5ml tanks. Any suggestions?

  7. I have a HorrizonTech Falcon tank with a M2 coil. No stores around me sell the coils and this one is burned out! Any other coil I could use in this tank until the ones purchased online are here via mail?

      I had a look at reviews and comments other people made about the tank and it’s coils, and unfortunately it looks like it is only the coils designed for that tank, will fit into that tank.

  9. Hey! I have the new Snow Wolf Mfeng mod with the WOLF sub-ohm tank. I was wondering if you knew if any other could would fit in that tank? Preferably mesh option would be great I go through standard coils like every three days!

      From looking at before, I couldn’t find much about them. There was somewhere I read that the Sigeli WF coil series is made specifically for the Wolf tank. So it looks like there is no other coils that would fit.

  10. Hi I bought the wrong coils for my tank but bought them in bulk so could you help me out on list of tanks I can use my v8 t8 (not baby) coils thanks

      1. Does the Tfv12 statement above not match the baby prince tank? All TFV12 coils fit all TFV12 tanks?
        What about the new X-baby coils are they compatible with any of the baby series tanks?

  12. Hi there! I just bought the smok species mod and it came with. Tfv8 baby v2…I want to buy a rebuildable deck. Can I use the Tfv8 baby beast rebikdabke deck for it? Thank you for your time.

  16. The mesh h1 coils from Hellbeast tank fits the big baby tank. Works great ibtested the tank on my light edition smok big baby beast tank! I love it cause the smok coils are ok but the mesh h1 are sooooo much better.

    1. Hi there, it would appear that they are not compatible, however the Vaporesso NRG GT Coils do seem to be compatible with the Hellbeast tank. They have a number of different coils and if you were looking to use a mesh one specifically, they make a Mesh Coil: 0.18 ohm to be used from 50 watts to 90 watts.

  20. Do you know if there is a bubble replacement glass for the TFV12 Cloud beast King or another sub ohm tank with a compatible bubble glass?

  21. I have discovered that Augvape Skynet Mesh 0.15 coils (60-80w) fits perfectly in the NEW Horizontech Falcon KING tank. They are quit good too.

    2. Do they fit great with no leaks or anything weird? Its getting hard to find the falcon king coils where ive been shopping. Id be disappointed to get them and find out i waisted money on some stuff that wont work right….

      Your tank isn’t compatible with the baby beast coils but does support.

  25. Hi All, I just got the new Uwell Valyrian 2 tank, the new mesh coils DO NOT fit the first one or vise versa, The bubble tank that you can get for the first Valyrian also does NOT fit the new tank.

  26. Hello, I use a FreeMax Pro Mesh & when I ordered replacement coils from https://www.ejuicevapor.com/ they instead sent me HorizonTech Falcon M-Triple Coils, will these coils work for my Pro Mesh, I don’t think they’re compatible, but maybe I’m wrong?

    Looking for ceramic wicking coils and hoping to find ones that match my existing tanks.
    Got a ELeaf Melo 4, Melo 3 and SMOK TFV12
    any recommendations for compatibility ?

    it seems that the Vaporesso CCELL coils should fit the melo 3/4 tanks, can someone confirm this ?
    Any ceramic wicking coils for the SMOK TFV12 out there ?

    If neither of those than what coil / tank combo is recommended for ceramic wicking ?
    Or just any recommendations would be great.
    I prefer 5ml+ capacity, 40-60 Watt area, DTL

    1. Hi Jonathan,

      With the Melo 3 and 4 tank you can use potentially the coils on this list here. They might not all be compatible, all depends on the threads of the coils. I don’t know which ones are Ceramic, but it is a large list to check out.

      In terms of the TFV12 compatible coils there is only a handful that are (above). Again unsure if any of these do carry ceramic versions of there coils.

      In Scotland where we are we are limited to 2ml tanks, though they are a lot of tanks that do have “spare glass” that have a large capacity.
      If you are looking for the wattage range, and can’t find a ceramic coil, the mesh coils you get for a lot of tanks, are mostly in that range. That might be a good try if you are struggling to get ceramic coils.

  31. Had to get replacement coils for the baby v2 A3s. Store worker said that the v8 m2 should work but I’m looking and they don’t seem like they’d work. Is that right?
